Mark Collier

Mark Collier is Executive Director of the PyTorch Foundation, home to PyTorch, vLLM, DeepSpeed, Ray, Helion and Safetensors, and General Manager, AI & Infrastructure at the Linux Foundation. He co-founded OpenStack and the OpenInfra Foundation, growing a small NASA–Rackspace collaboration into a global open source community. Today he works with companies, researchers and developers worldwide to build a vendor-neutral AI stack that keeps AI infrastructure accessible to all.

Kevin Mi

Kevin Mi is a Member of Technical Staff at RadixArk and a core developer of SGLang Diffusion. He works on diffusion model serving and on SGLang's AMD optimizations, with a focus on inference performance and multi-hardware support.

Neeraja J. Yadwadkar

Assistant Professor and Fellow of the AMD Chair in Computer Engineering, The University of Texas at Austin

Neeraja J. Yadwadkar is an Assistant Professor and Fellow of the Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) Chair in Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, where she leads the UT-SysML research group. Her research bridges machine learning for systems and systems for AI, with a focus on making computing infrastructure easier to use, resource-efficient, and sustainable. She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science from UC Berkeley and her master’s from the Indian Institute of Science, and was a postdoctoral fellow in Stanford’s Computer Science Department. Her honors include the Google ML and Systems Junior Faculty Awards (2025 and 2026), a Cisco research award (2023), the Amazon Research Award (2022), and a recent grant through AMD’s Funding Academic Research program. Her work has also received Best Paper awards at USENIX ATC 2021 and DCC 2025.
